Shipping

The processing time for each design is mentioned within the description of the product listing. This may vary from a few days to a few weeks depending on the availability of the piece. Some items are in stock but others are specially created for each order.

I ship from The Netherlands. Orders within the country usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days. All parcels are shipped with tracking information and insurance.

International orders can take an average of 7 to 21 days to arrive at their destination. In some cases it may take longer because of holidays and customs. Please allow 30 business days for your parcel to arrive. 

I try to keep shipping costs as low as possible but due to the value of the packages they will be send out with tracking information and customs declaration forms, if required. I have provided insurance upgrades for all listed items and I highly recommend to choose this option for safe arrival.

UPS express shipping is available for international orders with delivery times of 3 to 7 days.

I won’t consider the parcel lost until 30 business days after shipment. Only then can I request an investigation with my shipping company.

If your parcel has been shipped with an insurance upgrade and is deemed lost I am happy to resolve the problem with a replacement. Without insurance I can’t take responsibility for lost goods and no refund will be issued. 

I am not responsible for any tax, import fees or incomplete/ wrong address information. 

International buyers may track their parcel here with the provided tracking number!

Return Policy 

If you find that you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will consider returns on a case by case basis. Not all items are returnable. 

Items may be returned in pristine condition within 14 days of delivery. Customers will be responsible for the item(s), including shipping costs until they reach me. I advise using a secure delivery service that requires a signature for proof of receipt.

 

Custom and made to order

Custom made and made to order pieces are all final sales and cannot be returned. Please be certain of your choice and sizing before finalizing an order. I will guide you through the process of ordering a custom or made to order piece, to the best of my abilities, so you can make an informed decision!

If you had a change of heart about a custom or made to order piece before shipment or finalisation, a 50% fee will be charged on cancellations. This accounts work already done and time spent on creating the design.

Custom Jewelry 

Due to my current work load I will process a couple requests each month. If you need a particular piece before a certain time, please make sure to contact me well in advance. Creating a customized piece can take 3-6 weeks. The amount of time may vary due to sourcing particular materials and gemstones. I will do my best to communicate all details of the order well in advance! 

Moving forward I will only accept custom requests that are smaller in nature. Meaning: minor changes to existing designs from my body of work, a different stone option or a slight variation in composition of signature design elements.

I require 50%  down payment before I start working on the requested piece. This down payment is non refundable. Once the payment is received, no further changes to the design will be permitted.

Payment Plans

I accept payment plans for all designs listed in the shop! Payments are made through PayPal invoice and are fulfilled within 2-4 steps.

The first payment is 25% of the original price and is non refundable. The payment plan must be fulfilled within a maximum timespan of 8 weeks. Once completed, I will ship you your piece!

Whenever the invoice date has expired, without full payment, I reserve the right to cancel the plan and re-list the item. Additional charges may apply.

Jewelry care 

My pieces are created with the intent to last through generations. If you want to extend the life of your pieces and keep them in pristine condition, don’t sleep with the jewelry on and remove them while exercising and doing chores around the house. This will prevent bumping the gemstones or scratching the metals. Handle your jewelry carefully, and avoid soaking in water or exposure to chemicals. Store your pieces in the jewelry box they come with. This is especially important for pieces with gemstones.

You may clean your jewelry with warm water and mild, clear soap using a soft toothbrush. Jewelry polishing cloths are great for removing tarnish and restoring the shine of your pieces. However, these are not meant to be used on pieces with darkened patina as they will remove the finish.
